Ranges as of September 2026, computed from the new and pre-owned units currently available to us and rounded to the nearest $5,000. They are vehicle prices before delivery, sales tax (if applicable), title and registration, and our $475 documentation fee — every one of those is itemized on the written quote, so the number you sign is the number you pay. Pre-owned ranges are wide because age and mileage vary; each listing shows its own price. The body manufacturer has announced a price increase on new buses effective January 1, 2027; orders placed before then are at current pricing.

Layouts we quote most often

Every quote comes with the builder's drawing of your exact layout. Tape it out in the parking lot before you sign.
What each row means
Van conversion (Transit / Sprinter)
8–15 passengers · Ford Transit or Mercedes Sprinter, raised roof, 22–24 ft · wheelchair positions: 0–2 (12 + 2 wheelchair) · CDL: No. Lowest step-in and easiest to drive; the right answer for many adult-day and group-home routes.
Small cutaway bus — non-CDL
12–15 passengers · Ford E-350/E-450 or Chevrolet 3500 cutaway, 20–25 ft · wheelchair positions: 0–2 (13 + 2 wheelchair, flip seats) · CDL: No. The standard community bus. Standard-seating units start near the bottom of the range; lift-equipped units near the top.
Multi-function school activity bus (MFSAB)
15 passengers · Ford E-450 cutaway, school-bus construction without the stop arm · wheelchair positions: 0–2 · CDL: No. Required for many school and camp uses when pupils are carried. See the schools page.
Mid-size cutaway bus
16–30 passengers · Ford E-450, F-550 or Chevrolet 4500 cutaway, 25–33 ft · wheelchair positions: 0–4 · CDL: Yes (16+ incl. driver). Standard seating from the bottom of the range; lift-equipped and diesel units toward the top.
Large bus
31–45 passengers · Ford F-650, International or Freightliner chassis, 35–40 ft · wheelchair positions: 0–4 · CDL: Yes. Universities, athletics, large congregations and hotels. Diesel most common; rear luggage and restroom options.
Bargain lot (older, high-mileage)
varies passengers · Mixed · wheelchair positions: varies · CDL: varies. Sold as inspected with our notes. Realistic for a backup unit or a budget that can't stretch.
Reading a capacity code
Builders describe layouts in shorthand. 13 + 2WS means 13 ambulatory seats plus 2 wheelchair stations; 13 + 2WS / 15 means the wheelchair stations have flip-up seats, so the bus carries 15 seated when no wheelchairs ride. CP is a co-pilot seat beside the driver, RS/RSW rear storage (with or without a wall), LR luggage rack, PS perimeter seating, RR rear ramp. The passenger number used for the CDL rule counts every seat including the driver's.
What's included, and what's itemized
- Included: the bus as built; on most new units, the 7-year / 70,000-mile body and chassis warranty (stated on the quote); a floor-plan drawing and full specification with every quote; the conversion and lift compliance documentation on file.
- Itemized on the quote: delivery to your address at cost, sales tax where your organization is not exempt, title and registration at the state's fees, and our $475 documentation fee.
- Never on the quote: dealer prep charges, destination fees, "market adjustments" or add-ons you didn't ask for.
Common questions
Why do you publish price ranges when other dealers don't?
Because a buyer who knows the range before calling wastes less of everyone's time, and because our written quote itemizes everything anyway. The ranges move with what is available to us and are dated on the page.
What is included in the price?
The bus as built, with the 7-year/70,000-mile warranty where it applies (stated on the quote). Not included and itemized separately: delivery to your address at cost, sales tax where it applies, Pennsylvania title and registration at PennDOT's fees (or your state's), and our $475 documentation fee.
Can I get a bus that isn't in one of these rows?
Yes. Anything the body builders offer — perimeter seating, rear luggage, restroom, diesel, dual rear wheels on a Transit, graphics — can be built to order in roughly 60 days. The ranges cover what is normally in stock.
How firm is a quote?
New in-stock units are held at the quoted price for the period stated on the quote (usually two weeks). Build-to-order pricing is confirmed at order. The body manufacturer has announced a price increase effective January 1, 2027 on new buses; orders placed before then are not affected.
