Who we are

Access Bus & Van Sales LLC is a licensed Pennsylvania independent vehicle dealer based in York, PA. We specialize exclusively in wheelchair accessible vans and shuttle buses — new and pre-owned — for families, non-emergency medical transportation companies, senior living communities, churches, schools and fleets across the Mid-Atlantic.

We hold a commercial dealership agreement with BraunAbility and maintain active relationships with several other conversion manufacturers and a national wholesale bus supplier. That independence is the core of how we do business: we can put more than one manufacturer's answer in front of you and let the comparison, not the franchise, decide.

How we work

• We ask before we quote. Who rides, who drives, where it parks, how many miles, who pays. The right vehicle falls out of those answers.
• We say what we found. Every pre-owned unit is inspected and the notes go to the buyer — including what we'd fix and what we'd leave.
• We keep the paperwork. Conversion certifications, FMVSS lift labels, ADA compliance letters. If your funder or regulator wants it, it's on file.
• We source to order. Most of what we sell is built or found to a customer's spec rather than pulled off the lot.

Owner

Bill Sierra owns and operates the dealership after a career in corporate technology sales. He runs the business the way he wanted to be sold to: numbers first, sources shown, and no pressure.
