Financing and leasing
We arrange financing for individuals, businesses, nonprofits and municipalities. Here's how each usually works.
Individuals and families
Wheelchair vans are financed like any vehicle, with terms that reflect the higher price and strong resale value of the conversion. We work with lenders familiar with mobility vehicles, which matters because a general auto lender may not value the conversion correctly. Bring your pre-approval if you have one; we'll tell you if we can beat it.
Before financing the full amount, check whether you qualify for help: state vocational rehabilitation agencies, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (for eligible veterans), and vehicle manufacturers' mobility rebate programs on new chassis are the most common sources. The rules and amounts change, so verify current terms with each program directly; we can point you to the right office.
Businesses and NEMT operators
Commercial financing and leasing for lift vans, gurney vans and shuttle buses, including fleet purchases. Operators who are paid on broker or Medicaid cycles often prefer a lease or a term loan with a payment that matches their cash flow. Bring recent financials and we'll structure a proposal. Section 179 and bonus depreciation may apply to commercial vehicle purchases; ask your accountant — we're a dealer, not a tax advisor.
Nonprofits, churches, schools and municipalities
Tax-exempt and municipal lease-purchase structures are available for buses and accessible vans, and we're used to working with boards, purchasing departments and budget-year timing. Tell us your fiscal year and approval process early and we'll build the quote around it.
