What to have ready
For a wheelchair van: the chair's dimensions and weight (occupied), whether the wheelchair user will drive, and where the van will park. For a bus: the maximum passenger count, how many wheelchair positions, whether your drivers hold a CDL, and your budget year. With those, we can usually quote within a day.
